By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the return and refund terms explained below. These guidelines are designed to be transparent and practical, helping you understand exactly how returns are handled and what to expect during the refund process.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and maintained in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging exactly as they were received. Products that show signs of wear, cleaning, or alteration cannot be accepted for return. To begin the process, return requests must be shared with our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for a return.

How to Initiate a Return 

We aim to make returning an item simple and well-guided, so you always know what to do next. Starting the return process requires just a few clear steps. 

Begin by emailing us your Order ID along with a brief explanation for the return at cartifymakers66@gmail.com. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos so we can review the issue accurately. Once your request is assessed and approved, our team will share detailed instructions to guide you through the remaining steps. 

Please note that return requests not aligned with our policy conditions may be declined. Following the outlined steps helps avoid delays and ensures a smooth experience. 

Refund Process and Timeline 

We understand that clarity matters when it comes to refunds. Once your returned item reaches us, it undergoes a quality inspection to confirm it meets our return eligibility standards. You will be informed once this review is complete and notified whether the refund has been approved or declined. 

If approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

In some situations, a returned item may not fully comply with our return conditions. This can include minor damage, missing packaging, or incomplete components. 

In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Our goal is to balance fairness with flexibility, ensuring the outcome remains reasonable while maintaining our quality expectations. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product 

Receiving an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered can be frustrating, and we take such issues seriously. If this happens, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
