We understand that decisions can change shortly after placing an order, whether due to a style rethink or a simple adjustment in plans. For this reason, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever happens first.
To begin the cancellation process, you only need to contact our customer support team through email. Once your request is reviewed and confirmed as eligible, the order will be cancelled, and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days, allowing you peace of mind even when plans shift.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this stage, the order is already in transit and cannot be stopped or reversed.
If you decide not to keep the item after delivery, you may still request a return by following the steps outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. This ensures that you continue to have options available, even after the order has been shipped.
We recognize that there may be times when you want to update an item selection or correct shipping details after placing an order. At present, we are unable to support modifications to orders once they have been confirmed.
If a change is required, the recommended option is to cancel the order, provided it is still within the eligible cancellation window, and then place a new order with the correct information. This approach helps us maintain accuracy while keeping the process straightforward for you.
